Shipments and Re-Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days after payment has been received. 

We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.


The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages. Shipments are made from various shipping points in different European countries.

Delivery sucess rate and delivery time.

USA: delivery success rate is close to 99%. Delivery time: 5-15 days. However in special cases ( postal service's delay ) it can take up to 30 days.

UK: delivery success rate is close to 99%. Delivery time: 5-9 days.

Germany: 99%  no customs problems. 3-6 days delivery

France: 99%  no customs problems. 3-6 days delivery

Italy: 99%  no customs problems. 5-10 days delivery

Spain: 99%  no customs problems. 5-10 days delivery

Sweden: 99%  no customs problems. 3-6 days delivery

Finland: 99%  no customs problems. 3-6 days delivery

Austria: 99%  no customs problems. 3-6 days delivery

Re-ship Policy:

You have to provide seizure letter to have your package reshipped.

Keep in mind that there are a couple of possible situations that can occur with your order to cause possible delivery delays. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then exportation, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each successive step has an impact on the delivery time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any single step is enough to extend delivery time over the usual and allotted time frame.
